AI training for agencies & businesses

AI training that starts with your work, not the tools.

Practical, hands-on training for your team. Built from experience, running 3 businesses on AI every day, and shaped around the operational admin overload that swallows your week. What you learn on day 1, you use on day 2.

3 businesses

I run on AI, every single day

2+ years

using AI daily before I taught a soul

10 minutes

to write a weekly report that used to take half a day

The problem

Your team hears about AI everywhere. Almost none of it is about the actual work.

Most of what your team hears about AI is the flashy kind: image generators, video, the demos that go viral. Useful to know about, but it isn't what fills their week.

What fills their week is the operational admin. The reports, the updates, the drafting, the chasing, the meetings that turn into more meetings. That's where the hours go, and that's exactly where AI earns its keep.

You may have already tried a session. The room was energised, then everyone went back to how they'd always worked, because the training showed them what AI could do, not how it fits the work they actually do.

What this is

I run my businesses on AI. This is where I teach what works.

I run 3 businesses, and I use AI across all of them, every day. Not to experiment. To get the work done: proposals, reports, project management, content, client communication, the admin that fills a week.

When I train a team, I'm not teaching theory or running a tool demo. I show them the specific ways I use AI to do real work, shaped around how their own team operates. These are the same modules I've built and delivered inside agencies and professional firms, ready to bring to yours.

What your team gets

AI skills that matter, because they change the actual work.

Make AI accessible to everyone

Jargon-free training that brings your whole team along, whatever their role or starting point. No one left feeling behind.

Reduce the admin that eats the week

The reports, updates and chasing that fill the day get faster, so your team spends its time on the work that actually matters.

Automate the workflows that bottleneck

Find the repeated, stop-start tasks that slow everyone down and build AI that handles them, so the work keeps moving.

Build capability that stays in-house

Your own people learn to build and support what they use, so the skill stays with you long after the training ends.

Use AI safely and responsibly

Know what can and can't go into these tools, where the risks sit, and how to keep client and company information protected.

Get results in days, not quarters

Practical from the first session. What your team learns on day 1, they put to work on day 2. No long rollout.

Who it's for

Two audiences. The same practical training, in your language.

The backbone is the same for everyone. The examples, the demos, and the language change to fit the work your team actually does, right down to the role.

For agencies

Agencies and creative teams.

Your team is hearing about AI everywhere, mostly the creative-generative kind. This is the operational side: the workflows, the reporting, the client admin that slows delivery. Training shaped around how agencies actually work, from someone who ran creative operations for 25 years.

For businesses

Businesses and professional teams.

You want AI that saves your team time, not another project to manage. Practical, jargon-free, built around your day-to-day, whether that's a law firm, a professional services team, or a small business. No assumption that anyone's technical, and no one made to feel behind.

The training

Built from real modules, not a generic curriculum.

Everyone starts with the Foundation. From there you pick the modules that fit the work your team does. Outcomes, not tool tours.

Foundation

The shared base. What AI is and isn't, the 80% Principle, prompt literacy, the tool choices, safe and responsible use, and live demos on real tasks. Everyone does this first, so the whole team comes out speaking the same language.

Applied modules

Where AI actually shows up in the daily work. Marketing and communications, client work and delivery, internal operations and knowledge. Pick the areas that matter most to your team.

Platform deep-dives

Getting genuine value from the assistant your team actually uses: ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini, or Claude. The thinking is the same on all of them, so this module goes deep on yours, inside the apps you already work in.

Champions track

For the 2 or 3 people who will build and support the rest. Custom tools and agents, master prompts, internal-knowledge assistants. This is how the capability stays in-house after I leave.

Ongoing support

Where most training falls apart is the week after. Follow-up sessions where your team brings the real problems they have hit and we solve them together. Not theory, actual work.

Every programme starts with a conversation, so the examples and demos are shaped around your team before we're in the room. The price is built around what you choose. The best place to start is a quick call.

What people say
Working with her shifts the conversation from "What is possible?" to "What is practical, and where do we start?" That balance of vision and pragmatism is rare. She makes teams feel capable rather than intimidated, and inspired rather than overwhelmed.
Taryn Paterson, Global Creative Production Leader
I've never used Copilot before and now I've already attempted to set an agent up and have been using the chat function daily. Tabitha had a very personable and fun way of explaining AI which made it feel more accessible.
Roshini Ellis, The Space Between
Tabitha is a wealth of knowledge and can turn the scarily fast-paced developments in the world of AI into guidance which is digestible. I came away from her talk with a much better grasp on how to cut through the noise.
Sam Otterspoor, Senior Creative Operations Leader
Tabitha was professional, warm and approachable. She was generous with her time, listening carefully, clarifying where needed and respectfully challenging me. I found the experience invaluable and would recommend her in a heartbeat.

What makes it different

Why this isn't like the AI training your team has sat through before.

Not generic

Every programme starts with a conversation, so by the time I'm in the room the examples and demos are built around your team's actual work. Generic AI training doesn't stick. Training shaped around your day-to-day does.

Not theoretical

I've run teams under deadline, owned the workflows, and felt what eats the hours. I teach what genuinely works, the kind of thing your team uses the Monday after, not a lecture on what AI might do one day.

Not one-and-done

Most training fades the week after. Follow-up sessions mean the real problems your team hits get solved together, so the capability holds instead of slipping away when the room empties.

Not tool-led

I'm not here to sell you a platform. The thinking works whichever assistant you use, ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini or Claude, because the patterns that make AI useful are the same on all of them.

Tabitha Winter
Meet Tabitha

A business person who got very good at the technology.

I've spent 25 years helping teams work better. I've built and sold a business, run operations for some of the UK's biggest companies, and built teams from scratch to hundreds of people.

When AI arrived, I saw the same pattern I'd seen with every new technology: everyone talking about what it could do, very few people showing how it fits the way you actually work. That's been my focus ever since.

I'm not a tech person who learned about business. I'm a business person who got very good at using the technology.

Getting started

It starts with a conversation. That's the whole first step.

01

A conversation

Tell me what your team does and where the time goes. I shape the modules and examples around that before anything is booked.

02

Delivered to your team

In person, with your team in the room. Foundation first, then the applied modules you chose, paced so people can actually absorb it.

03

Momentum after

Follow-up sessions where the team brings real problems and we work through them, so the training holds once the room empties.

Questions

The things teams usually ask.

Which AI tools do you train on?

Whichever your team uses. The foundation, how to think and work with AI, is the same on ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini and Claude. From there we go deep on the one you actually run. I'm not tied to a platform, and I won't sell you one.

Do you train in person or online?

Right now it's in person, with your team in the room, which is where this kind of training lands best. Recorded modules and online sessions are coming, so you'll be able to revisit the material and bring people in from anywhere.

How much does it cost?

It depends on what you choose: the Foundation plus whichever modules fit your team. Tell me what you need on a quick call and I will give you a straight price, with no obligation.

Is this right for a non-technical team?

Yes. That's most of who I teach. No jargon, no assumption that anyone is technical, and no one made to feel behind. We start from the work, not the software.

Can you shape it around our industry?

Always. Whether you are an agency, a law firm, or a professional services team, the examples, demos and language are built around how your people actually work.

What do we need in place first?

Access to the AI tool you want to use, and a couple of hours of your team's time per module. That's it. If you are still deciding which tool, that is part of the conversation.

What happens after the training?

Follow-up sessions, where your team brings the real problems they've hit and we work through them together. That's what makes the training stick once the room empties.
